Jessica Patrovic

Jessica Patrovic serves as Chief of Staff, Head of Customer Experience, and is an original member of the Libertas team. In her roles, Jessica plays a crucial role in developing and improving the operations and financing functions of the firm.

At Libertas, Jessica has driven the development of the company’s’ post-funding processes and teams including service and retention and collections. Additionally, she manages the firm’s syndication platform, interfacing with investors and banks from within and outside the alternative financing space. Jessica views the relationships that Libertas forms with its clients as the firm’s greatest asset and takes pride in how team members work with clients through both times of growth and challenge – with the COVID-19 pandemic serving as a striking example.

Prior to Libertas, Jessica worked in multiple sales and client relation roles, ranging from a senior account executive for Yelp National Accounts to her work as a business-to-business sales manager at AT&T, responsible for Premier Client Group companies.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Stony Brook University Honors College.
